why we don't get petrol and diesel everywhere?

we don't get petroleum and diesel every where because these fuels are formed over a very long period of time. and are formed when animals like fishes and all get buried deep and under high temperature and pressure they turn out into fuels. so everywhere there were not fishes so we don't find it everywhere.

Because the petrol and diesel are found in desert area and it take 300 million years to form. It is made from dead trees or plants
