why we don't label positive and negative terminal of a bulb ​

Both terminals of battery are not connected to ground in any way and are called as “floating”. So when one end is at positive and other at negative, the circuit does not complete and there is no current. ... The current does not flow through the bulb because the potential difference is zero.
