why we dont feel cool at face???

The brain demands a lot of oxygen and warm blood during such conditions the face is also benefited by it.Our nose is situated in one of the orbits on our face through which we breath in and breath out. We primarily breath out CO2 which as we all know is kind of hot and warm, so that is why we don't feel cool at face.
