Our hand or body temprature is hot always comparing with our sorrounding even if we think our body is cold and its because of this when we put ice on hand we feel cold.

The ice takes heat from our hand when we hold it. That heat is used as latent heat of fusion to melt the ice and then as specific heat to bring the temperature of the ice to our body temperature.This loss of heat from our hand makes us feel cold.
