hey mate here is the answer
Once the polish is applied☺ the solvent ( liquid) portion is evaporated leaving the pigment and other solid component on the nail. Just like when we are sweaty and feel cool✌ in the wind ( the sweat evaporates and the process makes us feel cool).☺
