We generally feel hesitant to talk any language which is not our mother tongue. English is a foreign language to us. In india, even if all the family members know English, we only speak in our mother tongue or native language. Hence, obviously there is a hesitation for anyone to speak in English in the initial stages. But as he or she gains practice, the hesitation will go away.
