Explanation:

The same way you are not currently feeling the speed of the Earth rotating which is 1000 mph. Yes, you are currently moving at 1000mph.

You also aren't feeling the speed of the Earth travelling around the sun. That's 67000mph. So yes you are moving at 67000mph right now.

The entire solar system is travelling at 514,000 mph relative the galaxy. Our passage through the galaxy really looks something like this:

Terrifying, or is it? The reason you don't feel it is that a) you would only see whats in the gif above if you were stationary relative to the solar system, observing it “flying” past. You feel and measure speed relative to something else. So relative to the Earth your speed is zero if you are sat still. Relative to the sun we think we go around it but everything on Earth is going around with us, at the same velocity, relative to the galaxy we also go around it, but the entire solar system is at the same relative velocity with us.

You don't feel speed you feel acceleration, which is a change in speed. You feel it because if you are in a vehicle which suddenly starts moving the vehicle presses against you, your bottom in the seat for example and it makes the fluid move in your ears. Your eyes see movement, but alone that isn't enough, usually, you need to feel the change in speed, to be convinced, but we've all been on a train stopped when the train next to us moves away and it temporarily gives a queasy sensation like movement. When we play a computer sim game we know we aren't flying or driving.

That's why you feel nothing on the plane when it's cruising at 600mph. Relative to the plane your speed is zero. You only feel speed changes on a plane when they accelerate down the runway, and when they decelerate for landing by deploying flaps, airbrakes and the landing gear. Plus commercial airlines try very hard to not shake the passengers up, they accelerate where they can, at a rate that's barely perceptible. If you doubt this take a flight in a fighter plane, you will feel a great deal more changes in speed. But if the pilot levels off and just flies at a constant speed even if that's Mach 2 you won't feel the speed, you might see it, but shut your eyes and you could be sat on your sofa
