If you think you are often generally anxious, try reducing it by changing your thinking and outlook about life.  Develop good positive relationships with friends and family. Calm down and plan your tomorrow's today. It is helpful if you write down on paper what you intend to do tomorrow. This will stop your incessant thinking.

It is absolutely normal and natural to dream during sleeping. Scientifically speaking, there are different phases of sleep and dreaming mostly occurs in a phase called as REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. So please relax if you get dreams since everyone does.

On an average, most people need about 8 hours of sleep everyday. To get enough sleep, you may want to try this:

Keep yourself away from computers, tablets, phones, TV at least couple of hours before you intend to go to sleep. Staring at glaring artificial light adversely affects sleep.
Keep yourself away from any stressful stimuli. For e.g. discussing personal finances and your recent losses before going to sleep.
Take a shower in soothing warm water in the evening.
Do not indulge in strenuous exercise right before going to sleep.
Listen to nice soothing music or read something pleasant/uplifting from a real physical book sitting in a chair. Use your bed only for sleeping.Make sure your bedroom is dark at night and there is no excessive noise.
