Why we get the origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists in tomcat in eclipse

I added yellow highlighted package and now my view page is accessible. in eclipse when we deploy our war it only deploy those stuff mention in the deployment assessment.

we set Deployment Assessment from right click on project --> Properties --> deploy..
