why we have different blood groups

I think... the possible answer is that we all are from different family's and we all have different genes so that might be a reason for having different blood group

Blood group is determined by antigen present on RBC ......antigen A, antigen B and no antigen also
Due to Which blood group is different in as per our genes
I think so
