why we have equitable climate near the sea... answer must be smaller

We have cool air from the sea throughout the year which helps in modifying the climate to be equal in different seasons like winter and summer

THIS IS BECAUSE OF THE MODERATING EFFECT OF THE SEA  .i.e. due to land breeze and sea breeze.
