in plant cells, the volecules are much larger than in animal's.
when a plant cell has stopped growing, there is usually one large vacoule.
Sometimes the vacoule can take up more than half of the cells volume.
the vacoule holds a large amount of water but in animal cell the vacoule is small cause it holds less amount of water in it...

➡they have larger vacuoles because they have large number of cells and need for larger cells (surface area) to produce more energy using sunlight..
