we have to sleep every day at night because it is important for our body to give rest to the body and to keep our body fit and healthy and and to give energy to the body because we have to do so much of work so , we become tired so we also want rest so we should have to sheep at night and only night is the time to give rest to body but we should have to take only 7 hours sleep if we take more than 7 hours then it is not good for our body and sleeping at night give also rest to our eyes and also for recharging our body .

let's see some ways to keep our body fit :-

1) you should have to exercise everyday.

2) we should have to do yoga everyday.

3) we should have to take a 7 hour sleep.

4) keep our body fit we have to take a balanced diet.

5) we should have to drink 7 or 8 glass water everyday.
