→ It lays down rules that guard against the misuse of

power by any politician leader.

→ It also provides rights to its citizens and protects their

freedom.

Constitution is set of fundamental rules on which whole Country works. It was drafted on 26 November 1949 but has been in action from 26 1950 to remember the historical day of 26 January 1930.
