Explanation:

The Indian Constitution considers all Indians as equal before the law and states that no  person can be discriminated against because of their religion, sex, caste or whether they are rich or poor. All adults in India have the equal right to vote during elections.

Article-14 Of Constitution Of India states that the state shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within The territory of India. “All citizens shall, as human persons he held equal before law.”

Every person is equal before law whether he/she is poor or rich. Even the Prime Minister,who is the head of the country if proven wrong can be punished.
