we need all village smart village because mostly village are not much educated so they don't about world's modernisation they like very simple life and the if parents don't know about education how the villages children know about education so they also do same job like farming so our government has decided to made a village a smart village that village people can also know about education and modernisation it's very important for village people to make our country develop. hope it's help you
