We need to be healthy and fit because if we are over weight it can cause some severe health issues so, we need to keep ourselves fit . If a person is not fit and overweight ask the person to lose weight by not taking medicines and other products which can lose weight but can lose their weight naturally .

We need not be healthy and fit, if we don't want to. But then we will fall sick and ill. We will have to endure pain and have difficulties in carrying out our own daily activities as well as official duties. If we are not fit, we may have to face ridicules from other people. If we are not fit, we may not be able to compete with others and succeed in life.
We need to be healthy to enjoy life to the fullest. Healthy person can think well, enjoy music, maintain good relations with others and can strive for higher position, social and economic status. Being fit enables us to live on our own without depending on others. People like those who are fit and healthy.
If we want to live and enjoy life for a long duration, see our children and their children grow and achieve great things in their lives, then we must be healthy and be fit.
Being healthy and fit saves us money that we may have to spend for medicines, consultation and diagnostics of diseases. By not being fit, we may be inviting diseases in, which is bad for us.
