Why we need water? what govt. is doing to save water? result and special control to save water

We need water to clear waste ,digestion and it is very important part of our life.. Govt is doing nothing and poor people are unable to get proper amount of water for their health . We should arrange wells or some drinking bottles so that sufficient water is there for poor people too.
