bcoz the water does not contain oxygen or maybe in low amount...... hope it helps you

H2o is the symbol of water split it..
UR will get hydrogen 2 oxygen
In this u have double amount of hydrogen print in this formula but, in oh2(split=oxygen hydrogen 2)which changes the whole formula
