we need oxygen to live because it mixup with our hemoglobin and make a oxyhemoglobin and then this oxyhemoglobin helps the gloucose to convert into energy

Because it is the only gas which we take to survive it mix with heamoglobin and circulate all over the body through blood also it react with glucose to produce energy
