Why we say that lower the pH than 7 more acidic is the solution was greater the pH than 7 more basic is the solution?

A pH less than 7 is acidic. A pH greater than 7 is basic. The pH scale is logarithmic and as a result, each whole pH value below 7 is ten times more acidic than the next higher value.

ph means power of hydrogen. more is the ph less are the no of hydrogen molecules and hydrogen molecules are present in acids that's why less the ph means acidic solution and more the ph means basic solution
