Why we should avoid buying things made of elephant tusk

As we all know that Elephant are an endangered species. Elephants are going to wipe off in 10 years if governments don't ltake action ...and all this because of the ivory trade, often illegal . Most of them are Asian and African elephants. Some are willing to pay the tusks more than they would give for cold. This is really a shame to let elephants wiping for a piece of luxury .
