We should drink a lots of water because water is necessary for the body in many reasons-

1. Water helps in the transport of nutrients throughout the body.

2. Water helps in digestion of food.

3. Water is present between bones in joints and helps in smooth movement.

4. Water helps to maintain the body temperature.

When it is hot, we sweat. Sweat is mostly made of water. The sweat evaporates and cools our body.

5. Water is needed for the removal of waste from our body.
