why we should not download copyrighted material

bcuz it is illegal....... for example there is a youtube video. a person creates the video with a good dedication and it is so hard to make the video. he can get atleast 500 views for his hardwork. but if we copied it and reupload in youtube it is like you are stealing his hardwork this example only.......... if somebody copied your video you can report them in youtube...
