We should not eat too much fat containing foods, because then we can get highly obese and there are chances to die too. If we will eat more fat than our body needs then there will be an increase in your cholesterol too, which is not good for your health. It also damage your liver and it will be more hard for your to live.Your chances to die will increase about 3-4 years perior.
