We sneez so as to get rid of dust or foreign particles that may try to enter throigh our nose, and may cause some heath disorder.

When the foreign particles tries to enter through our nose, they get trapped in the hairs present inside the nose, which inturn sends the signal to brain to sneez

Note:during sneez every organ of out body shutdowns for that moment, not even your heart beats.

We sneeze in order to get rid of irritants such as germs , pollen , animal dander , dust , pollutants , etc that may enter and infiltrate the nose lining. The importance of sneezing is that we get rid from the harmful things that try to enter our body.
