It's quite simple really. You know how humans make errors and AI don't, right? But, you see humans build AIs and if the AI and multiple other AIs have the same error, it is impossible to correct it. You see, humans are capable of knowing and correcting their mistakes but what AI think is correct is what they have been programmed to do.
