Hey there!

I appreciate your way of thinking!

let's get into the beautiful answer!

Why do we need to learn Sanskrit?

Apart from the sheer light of knowledge that sanskrit spreads,it instills every thing that a person should have to lead a good life.Be it praying right away after getting up from your bed, good habits, greeting everyone or paying respect to each and every creation of god.

It really enhances the quality of living. Everything that I have been taught in my class soothed my mind and polished it.i got closer to the terms EMPATHY, SYMPATHY, PATIENCE and LOVE.

Even in grammar, the first person is 'he/she' or 'they'. First preference in sanskrit always goes to the other person!

Moreover Sanskrit classes are very light and airy, i relax and enjoy my Skt classes. One could score really good marks just by listening to the teacher.it is a scoring subject. I rejoice and hop around getting to know that my next exam is Sanskrit!

No one ever failed in Sanskrit

-_-;

Sorry,I refuse to accept that sanskrit does not have any job opportunities!

Here are some:(source:web)

>Interpreter/Translator

>Technical Writer

>Customer Service Representative

>Postsecondary Teacher

>Anthropologist

Think how cool it would be to read all those sanskrit verses and vedas by your own!!

Thank you for the beautiful question! Was a pleasure answering this...

Being a sanskrit student, this is all what I wanted to say!

Thank you
