why we take 100 to count percentage??

here is ur answer:- 

As to the question of why 100 - 100 is a reasonably large number in the base 10 which can be used to denote fractions of the kind observed in day to day usage in business and statistics. for e.g percentage of marks scored in an assessment , amount by which a stock went up or down relative to its value on the previous day etc.

Percentage means per cent. Per means every and cent i.e. a centuary means 100. So we always take 100 to count percentage.
