We take tetnus injection when our body gets cut from a metal object because so that through the wound no rust particles could spread the infection.

Because tetnus injection is an antibiotic syringe that do not allow the germs or any other bacteria or infection to spread in your whole body which sometimes also causes of serious disease.
But how to bacteria attack when cut matal
there are many bacteria in our environment this time so doctor also advise that do not hold your open wound tie it with something or wash with Dettol or savlon
even also bacteria are present in that thing from which you have wound
