There are no reasons to tease animals but many of us including our elders sometimes tease animals just for their fun or entertainment. When the get bored and are not having any work to do, they start teasing animals which is not good. Animals are also living organisms and they are also like us, they have their rights to live proper life but we, human beings, don't let them live a proper life.
