As in summers the water we drink is lost in form of sweat while in winters kidneys need to absorb more water due to perspiration so we urinate more during winter although we drink more water in summers

Humans are warm blooded animals.

In winter, to avoid freezing of the body the flow of blood is reduced to our skin extremities is reduced. Thus our blood vessels get constricted.

Due to constriction, the blood pressure in our body rises. This may cause some damage to our body.

In order to not damage our body, a balanced blood pressure has to be maintained.
To bring out the balance, our kidneys filter out more blood than usual. This excess filteration causes the urinary bladder to full up with excess fluid.

Passing of  excess urine during winter is another way to keep our body warm.

Hope This Helps You!
