why we use additional verb = be in will,shall in future perfect ?

do you know that 'be' is a verb which means 'hona' so we use be in will, shall in future perfect. in hindi lets take an example wo ja raha hoga. here ' hoga' is the word which means 'be'. that is why it is compulsory to use be. or anyone will get confused whether it is present or future.
