When we cook something,there are many chances of food sticking on the cooking utensil's surface.
To prevent this food sticking we often use anodized metal utensils.
Which makes the utensil's surface glossy and slippery.
That's why foods do not stick anymore on the utensil's surface.
This is known as the non-stick coating application.
