Why we use betal leaf for watching the cell under the light microscope? What is the special features in it?

The cell as seen under the ElectronMicroscope. The electron microscopeis more powerful than the light microscope. It uses a beam of electrons to illuminate the specimen instead of light as in the case of light microscope.
