Why we use soft iron core in moving coil galvanometer?

bcx if we use hard iron core then it can't move the coil in galvanometer. As a result current not passed

bcuz the soft iron core attracts the magnetic lines of force and hence the strength of the magnetic field increases if we use soft iron core. Thus the sensitivity ofgalvanometer 
increases.
