Writing in a diary allows your mind to be set free in writing…things that are flowing through your mind can reach the paper so that you can release it even though you can't release your thoughts to another person whether it be fear of judgement or just insecurities within your self. And once it's released you do feel mentally lighter..no it doesn't solve that particular issue you wrote about , however it gives you some mental release in order to allow yourself to refocus and solve the issue or issues your write about.

• ABOUT PERSONAL ABOUT LIFE

SOMETIMES WE ALSO WRITE "DEAR DIARY" TOO.
