Weeds are unwanted plant that grow along with the crop. This because some plants that looks like crop are carried along with the main crop and are planted. So, when they are grown pesticides or rodents that eat weeds are left in the field.

Answer:

Weeds are known to be the unwanted plants that grow along with the main crops in the field. They steal nutrients and moisture from the soil by competing with the main crops.

They compete for sunlight and space with the main plant in the field. They remove nutrients from the soil continuously and grow taller, healthier and stronger than the main plant. As a result, they reduce crop productivity. Hence, it is necessary to remove them regularly.
