Note that we used \cline{1-3} at the beginning of the row. This is
important because if we try to use it in the middle of the row, it won’t
work.
The \cline{i-j} command should be used at the beginning of the
row.
Also, in the above example, mentioning an extra row and then using
the command allowed us to create a lower bordering horizontal line.
So, using arrays, we can create other interesting structures, like, say a
