Nelson Mandela and other blacks were not able to fulfill those two obligation because the rule which the English government made over the blacks were not allowed the blacks to complete this obligation and so that Nelson Mandela decided to complete his obligation to his people and he joined Africa national Congress to fight against by racial discrimination.
