The first opium war is also known as the anglo-chinese war,was series of military engagement fought between United Kingdom and quing dynasty over conflicting viewpoints or diplomatic relations and trade and the administration of justice in China.

because british ruler opress farmer in India in bengal ,bihar etc . farmers were forced to grow opium which damage the soil fertility and farmer faced difficulties by Britisher to sell their crop other then opium
