They were not happy because they were denied of collecting revenue from the peasants and the collector only directly collected the revenue....so they were not able to make commisions from the peasants and they also didnt got any part of revenue

The peasants were nt haply bcoz they were paid very low and a large part of their erning was taken away as revenue
