Since Germany was practically reduced to nothing after this Treaty of Versailles was incorporated.
I would go with A. The Allied Delegates wanted Germany to pay reparations for the War.
They were basically forced to pay $32 billion for "war reparations."
Their army was to be reduced, practically hand their navy over to Britain and they were not allowed to have an air force.
So, I would say A. Germany was completely caused to suffer for what the Allies thought was a rightful treaty.
