Why were the Aryans settled in the Sapta Sindhu region?

The Aryans were settled in the Sapta Sindhu region because the Sapta Sindhu region was a very fertile region. This state was very fertile in terms of agriculture. Sapta Indus region used to call the state of 7 rivers, including the Ganga, Godavari, Yamuna, Indus, Saraswati, Kaveri, and Narmada rivers. This state was the state of all North India. The expansion of this state was the region of Kashmir, Pakistan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and the plains of northern India.

This state was not only fertile in terms of agriculture but also from the point of view of climate. Aryans settled in the Sapta Sindhu region because there were favourable conditions here. It was here that Vedic culture developed and India became known as Aryavarta.
