because of India Pakistan division
firstly indian important states were divided in half to Pakistan and half to India by Mahatma Gandhi but in between it wasn't possible of division and Bangladesh was also given to Pakistan but Bangladesh wanted to be own free so they aren't part of today's Pakistan
