Children were posted day and night around the area in which the tigr was living so that the tiger won't escape from the forest to any other place for food
•Moreover the villagers had sent many goats in the forest so that the tiger would enough food to atleast survive
•They were doing this because Mrs.Packletide had post an add where she would be giving Rs 1000 to those who would take her to kill the tiger
•The villagers did also told the women who were passing by the forest to not to sing which would disturb the tiger.
• They were doing this for him because he was a very old tiger and could die any time
by which the villager won't get the money
•Mrs pakltide wanted to outshine Mrs loons bimberton so she did this.
