The peasants and sepoys were dissatisfied because.....
Peasants: They had to pay high taxes to the Britishers...
And many failed to pay back there loans and lost their lands ...
Sepoy: They were unhappy about their pays, allowence and conditions of service
Moreover some of the new rules violated their religious beliefs...
