Why were the rajputs defeated by the invaders

The rajputs were defeated by foreign invaders because they were not in unity and had very small armies to fight. Also invaders knew the new tactics and equipments that were not known by the Indians at that time.

Because they were busy in fighting with each other and thus didn't united against the invaders.
