ANSWER

The representatives of the third estate were disappointed with the pattern of voting in the 'ESTATES GENERAL' because the vote value of each of theestate was counted as 1. ... But thethird estate were always against it. The voting ratio became 2:1. So the majority of votes were in the favour of the king.
