IN THE ESTATE GENERAL, EACH STATE HAD ONE VOTE .
EEVEN THOUGH THE THIRD ESTATE HAD MORE MEMBERS COMPARED TO THE OTHER TWO ESTATES THEY WERE GIVEN ONLY ONE VOTE. EVERY LAW PASSED WAS AGAINST THE THIRD ESTATE AS THE OTHER TEO ESTATES WERE NOT WILLING TO GIVE THIRD ESTATE ANY RIGHTS.
